Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective or does not match its description.
Sale or discounted items are considered final sales and are not eligible for return, store credit, or refund to the original payment method. All returned products must be in their original condition with packaging intact. To begin a return, please email support@swipevalue.com. Reserved Rights Regarding Refunds
IMPORTANT: Once a return has been initiated, your item must reach our warehouse within 14 days. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not satisfy our Return Policy requirements, including items that have been used, modified, washed, damaged, or are missing components. Any suspected abuse or fraudulent activity will be addressed accordingly.

If you receive an item that is broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report it to us within 30 days of delivery along with a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund. If you choose to send the item back, we will cover all return shipping costs. If your tracking information indicates the package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend reaching out to your local carrier to confirm delivery. Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, items bought on sale cannot be refunded or cancelled.
