Shipping

Where does Ivenere ship?

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. At this time, international shipping is not available.

What should I do if I haven't received my order?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe and there haven't been any recent tracking updates, we suggest first reviewing your tracking information. If anything seems unusual or concerning, please contact our support team.

How do I track my order?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will let you monitor your delivery in real time and keep track of its status and location throughout the journey

How can I revise my shipping address after placing my order?

If you spot an error in your shipping address, please email us at support@ivenere.com within 24 hours of placing your order and include your name and order number. We’ll do our best to update the details before your package leaves our warehouse. Once your order has shipped, we can’t guarantee changes, but we’ll make every effort to assist you.

Return & Refunds

Do you accept product returns?

Yes, Ivenere accepts returns under our 30-Day Return Policy. To be eligible, items must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging.

When will I receive my refund?
