If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone or email within 30 days of receiving your item to request a refund. See below for complete details on our return policy.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. To qualify, items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging.

General Return Guidelines:

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Return Product Requirements:

  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days to arrange a return and replacement
  • Defective or Damaged Items: We accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving the item to begin the return process

Return Process

To initiate a return, email support@ivenere.com with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping label. We typically respond within 24 hours during business hours (9 AM–5 PM MST).

Once approved, securely package the item in its original box, attach the return label, and drop it off with the carrier. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping
  • Other returns (e.g., change of mind): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and approve your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 10–12 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

In rare cases where payment platforms cannot process the refund, we may offer a secure bank transfer. We do not issue refunds through CashApp, Payoneer, Venmo, or similar services.

No Exchanges

If you'd like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.

No Restocking Fees

We believe in keeping things simple and fair. Ivenere never charges restocking fees on approved returns.

Deliveries to an Incorrect Address

We ship to the address you provide at checkout. If a package is delivered to an incorrect address due to entry error, we cannot be held responsible. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.

Sale Items

All discounted or clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation once the order is processed.
