Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM MST are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). During busy periods or unexpected circumstances, processing may take slightly longer, we'll notify you of any delays.

Order processing time refers to how long it takes to prepare your order for shipment after payment confirmation. Orders placed after hours or on weekends begin processing the next business day.

Once your order ships, we'll send a confirmation email with tracking information so you can track your order.

Please note that shipments and deliveries do not occur on weekends or public holidays.

Free Shipping Policy

We provide free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, no minimum purchase required. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days with a transit time of 3–5 business days. Total delivery time from order placement to your door is 4–7 business days.

Track Your Order After It Ships

All orders ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) standard services. Estimated delivery times are based on USPS guidelines and may vary by location.

Shipping Coverage & Restrictions

  • Continental U.S.: We ship to all 48 states
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Shipping available; additional costs, if any, will appear at checkout
  • International Shipping: Not currently offered
  • PO Boxes: We're unable to deliver to PO boxes
  • Delivery Delays: Weather events or carrier disruptions may occasionally cause delays—we appreciate your patience in these rare situations

How can I update my shipping address?

To make changes, email us at support@ivenere.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your package is in transit, we cannot modify the delivery address.

I changed my mind. How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel anytime before your order ships for a full refund. Simply contact us, and we'll process your request within 24 hours.

My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your item arrives damaged:

  • If you're present at delivery: Refuse the package and notify us immediately
  • If delivered while you're away: Contact us right away with photos, and we'll guide you through the next steps per our Return Policy

What if my order goes missing during shipping?

If your package hasn't arrived within 3–6 business days, contact us and we'll work with USPS to locate it. If your order is confirmed lost and the address was correct, we'll send a replacement at no charge.

Note: If an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout and delivery was completed there, we cannot offer a replacement.
